Will Come On Up work with my building?

Yes, Come On Up will work with any building that requires a phone number linked to your buzzer. If your building requires a hard-wired phone, contact us to be added to the waitlist for our cloud connector device.

Will my building let me use this service?

Yes. Typically, your building will ask for one number to link to your buzzer. With Come On Up, we link multiple phone numbers to that one number for your building, making it a smarter and simpler way for all members of your household to never miss the doorbell.

Is it secure?

Yes! Security is our number one priority, as we know that feeling safe in your own home is so important. We ensure that we employ the same security standards that a bank or financial institution would to secure your personal data. You will also be able to see who has used their Cloud Key in your dashboard log.

What happens if I move? Do I need to cancel?

No, you can take Come On Up with you wherever you go in North America. You will have to take all the appropriate steps to remove your number with your building, and set it up with your new building, but as far as we’re concerned - your number is your number and you can use that wherever you like. 

Will I be locked into a contract? 

No, you’re welcome to cancel at any time. If you are paying month-by-month, you can cancel any time before your next payment is due.

Where is Come On Up offered?
